SHIPPING AND
HANDLING:
All orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours. In case of delay you will
be
contacted via email and be infromed about your order status.
Orders placed on Friday Evening, Saturday & Sunday will be shipped the following
Monday.
We use USPS to ship all our merchandise. Expect the delivery time to be between
4 to 10 days from the shipment date.
International Shipping costs vary, contact
us for exact shipping cost to your destination.
RETURNS:
We guarantee a purchase for a full refund within 15 days of shipment for all
products except LCD Screens, Keypads, Batteries, Flashing accessories, clips
and hostlers.
Requests for any refunds should be emailed to cpa-returns@eskaycee.com.
We will issue an RMA number. Fill in the form below with the RMA number and
requested information and send it along with the return merchandise and the
Original Invoice.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER THE 15 days.
Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded. There is a 20% restocking
fee imposed on all returns, except on exchange of shipped product.
All returned checks will incur a $25.00 fee.
